Project Details

Under contract to L.A. Care, Public Values conducted a client satisfaction study of the Lynwood Family Resource Center (FRC). The study was designed to measure awareness and satisfaction with FRC services among both visitors and referring physicians, gauge the perceived value and impact of the Center on the health of its clients, and identify opportunities for growth. Study methods included a telephone survey and one-on-one interviews with physicians.

Outcome

Study results were used to improve service delivery, refine marketing strategies, and to inform the development of any similar programs in other communities.
