The California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) wanted to change behaviors and reduce E-waste through a public awareness campaign. Public Values, and our partner Applied Management & Planning Group, were contracted to evaluate the effectiveness of an E-waste campaign. We conducted a baseline and tracking survey to document residents’ awareness and behaviors regarding the disposal of electronic equipment and to track changes in awareness and behaviors over time.
