Passenger Survey

Los Angeles World Airports

Project Details

Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) wanted to increase business and customer satisfaction. In cooperation with our partner, Applied Management & Planning Group, we assisted in the design and analyses of the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Air Passenger Survey. A total of 27,949 departing passengers were interviewed. The survey addressed ground transportation patterns, reasons for choosing a particular airport and the characteristics of traveling parties.

Outcome

Survey results will be used to improve the delivery of services and to plan for the LAWA network of regional airports.
