Blackboard Connect
Blackboard Connect/AlertNow, a mass notification system provider, contracted with Public Values to conduct a customer satisfaction and usage study. The online survey was conducted with system users across four Blackboard Connect/AlertNow markets: (1) K-12 AlertNow users; (2) K-12 Blackboard Connect users; (3) higher education users; and, (4) users from local government, municipalities and other organizations. The purpose of the study was to gather information regarding clients’ satisfaction with their mass notification system and to identify usage patterns.
Findings will be used to compare changes in satisfaction and usage over time.
