Project Details

The Kaiser Permanente Institute of Health Policy and the Council of Accountable Physician Practices contracted with Public Values to conduct a national qualitative study addressing healthcare reform. The purpose of the study was to examine how consumers evaluate the current healthcare system, their understanding and acceptance of accountable care, and the effectiveness of various communication strategies in generating consumer support for the accountable-care model.
