Pomona Valley Health Centers (PVHC)

Project Details

As a subcontractor to Healthcare Success Strategies, Public Values conducted focus group research with employers served by Pomona Valley Health Centers (PVHC). The purpose of the research was to gauge how local employers currently perceive PVHC, determine the drivers of customer satisfaction and loyalty, and identify any unmet needs or concerns, particularly with regard to worker’s compensation. In addition, the research explores public perceptions of competing health care providers, which can be important in identifying unique branding strategies, and identifies the most effective communication channels.

Outcome

Study results will be used to develop marketing strategies and materials for PVHC health centers and urgent care facilities.
